Accepting new patients for virtual visits.

Hi, I'm Jill

(She/her) I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  I believe in meeting clients where they are at and providing a gentle, warm, and compassionate approach.

Accepting new patients for virtual visits.

I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, focusing on creating a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and work toward meaningful change. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship and use evidence-based techniques, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-focused Therapy, to help clients achieve their goals.

I work with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions. I have a special passion for working with clients with mood disorders and who have experienced psychosis. I also specialize in helping clients cope with chronic stress or difficult relationship dynamics.

I'm licensed in California and North Carolina.

I strive to create a
non-judgmental, empathetic environment where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you build practical coping skills and resilience so you can navigate life’s challenges more effectively.

I understand how hard it can be to make change in your life and I want to commend you for taking a step toward a more fulfilling and richer life, by seeking out therapy. Looking forward to breaking old patterns and holding space for you to explore what's getting in the way of you living the life you want to be living.
