LCSW #96623, #C016430
I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, focusing on creating a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and work toward meaningful change. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship and use evidence-based techniques, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-focused Therapy, to help clients achieve their goals.
I work with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions. I have a special passion for working with clients with mood disorders and who have experienced psychosis. I also specialize in helping clients cope with chronic stress or difficult relationship dynamics.
I'm licensed in California and North Carolina.

I earned a Master's Degree in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish Literature from UC Davis in 2010.
I live in Los Angeles, CA. Outside of therapy, I enjoy making art, listening to music, and being out in nature.
